Return Policy

Kama Pets will refund most items within 15 days of purchase, provided the labels are still attached and the items haven't been used, washed, or damaged.

The following exceptions apply:

Gift cards are final sale.
Discounted items are final sale.

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned product.
